JEE Mains 2022 exam dates have been revised and will now take place on April 21, 24, 25, 29, and May 1 and 4. The exam was held in four sessions last year, but JEE-Main 2022 will be conducted in two sessions to select candidates for admission in the academic session 2022-23.
JEE Mains 2022 revised dates were released today, March 14, 2022, by the National Testing Agency, NTA. It has released an official notification on jeemain.nta.nic.in informing students that the exam dates have been rescheduled after receiving concerns from students.
National Testing Agency (NTA) officials previously announced on Tuesday, March 1, that the first phase of JEE-Main will be conducted in April and according to the university, the first phase of the engineering entrance exam will be taking place from April 16 to 21.
According to the previous JEE Mains 2022 exam schedule, NTA scheduled JEE Mains Session-I for April 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21. Registration for JEE Mains 2022 has already begun on the official website, and the last date to apply for the exam is March 31, 2022. Candidates can register for the exam until 5 pm on March 31 and pay the fees online until 11.30 pm on March 31.
The JEE Main is for candidates seeking undergraduate admission to Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) and National Institutes of Technology (NITs) in engineering and architecture courses. The exam will be held in Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu, in addition to Hindi, English, and Gujarati,” the official said.
