Yes, there is a difference. The official set of answer keys is released by the NTA whereas the ones released by coaching institutes may not be as accurate as of the official ones. These answer keys are released just so students get an approximate score. However, these cannot be considered as the final ones
One needs to ensure not to consider these as the final ranks/scores. This is just for one to get an idea, an approximate figure. Candidates must wait until the final set of answer keys are released officially by the NTA. In any case of discrepancy, you can then challenge the question. The claim for each question is Rs.1000/-

Once the official set of answer keys has been released, depending on the objections made by candidates, in case of any discrepancy, one can challenge the question.
Yes, candidates will be provided with a chance to challenge the OMR sheet and NEET UG Answer key 2021. The fee for each equation to challenge is Rs 1000/- and this is a non-refundable amount. Once challenged, responses are verified by NTA, if found correct, answer key shall undergo a revision, thus the preparation of the revised set of answer key leading to the declaration of results. Please note that candidates will not be intimated about the acceptance or rejection of challenge. You will have to visit the official site and check for it

No. Only the NEET results will be announced. State merit list will not be released on the day of the result declaration. Candidates selected under the 15% AIQ category are eligible to take part in the counselling process. The state counselling officials use NEET scores to generate the state merit list for candidates seeking admissions under the 85% state quota. Basis the merit rank in the state rank list, admissions will be allowed to the medical institutes.
If this is the case, you can still wait for the state merit list to be released. But you have to apply for 85% state quota seats if you are domicile of that state.
This is why, during mock tests, candidates are recommended to drop a year, attempt next time aiming for higher than 580 as a score. As dropping a year is a harder decision, students will be boosted to perform well in exams, serving as a push.
