NEET 2022 Live Update: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has expanded the time duration for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2022 exam, from being a three-hour test to a three-hour and twenty-minutes test. A 20-minute extension can have a significant impact, experts say. The NEET was designed to test accuracy. Due to the fact that each question was given one minute of time to answer, the exam was very stressful for the candidates. Giving students 20 extra minutes without increasing the number of questions can bring great relaxation and competition will also be high.
On Wednesday, April 6, the registration process for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG 2022) began. The NEET UG Exam will take place on July 17, 2022. The NTA has released the NEET UG 2022 notification on its websites — nta.ac.in and neet.nta.nic.in.
The NEET 2022 Exam will take place in 13 languages at test centers across the country. This year, there is no upper age limit for appearing in NEET. Previously, it was 25 years with a relaxation of 5 years for candidates from reserved categories.

Change in the time duration for NEET 2022, from a 3 hour to a 3-hour 20-minute exam is a big deal. Although it is not clear if the extra 20 minutes will be used for reading the question paper or attempting the test. Students who have participated for the three hours exam and have a fast pace can anticipate high marks this year.
